Malolactic fermentation.  Aged 8 months in oak barrels. Lightly filtered before bottling.
Flavors - Butterscotch, intense fruit, vanilla, and toast flavors.

Wine Style - Red Burgundy. Aged 6 months in oak barrels. Lightly filtered before bottling.
Flavors - Nutmeg and cherry-like aromas, raspberry, cinnamon, vanilla and toast.

Wine Style - Red Bordeaux. Aged 16 months in oak barrels. Lightly filtered before bottling.
Flavors - Smoke, blackberries, black cherry, bell peppers, vanilla and toast.

Flavors - Elegantly sweet and balanced with fruity, floral, & honey aromas.
